size and shape

i haven't been able to get anything from the deans with regards to what they have decided at the meetings. but i did get that they are looking to extend increase the number of students in each department and that goes with increasing resources and facilities for them. but they don't know if the university can afford to do that at this stage. so should i continue interviewing students about what they think of that?
